The Equipment in my theatre changes from time to time as I get into new aspects of the hobby but the anchors are:

VIDEO

bulletA 120 inch Dalite Screen with no gain (I can make the room almost completely dark and the projector is rated at 1000 lumens.)
bulletA ceiling mounted front projector that is about 14 feet from the screen.
bulletA hush box  built out of maple plywood and painted the same color as the ceiling so it would blend away (kind of works)
bulletSampo multiregion MP3 DVD SVCD 620.  This is a very inexpensive unit that has preformed very well for me.  I burn a cd-r with 200 mp3s on it and it will play all day long...
bulletSony Playstation 2 as a game box and second DVD player
bulletSony SLV 920 VHS VCR - Very nice VCR which also doubles as a TV tuner connected to local cable.
bulletAll the connections take advantage of the switching in the Dennon 3801 and are accomplished by mid range gold plated shielded SVideo connectors...even the Playstation is SVideo

AUDIO

bulletDennon 3801 7.1 Digital Home Theater Receiver... DTS Dolby Digital and an awesome dsp mode called 5 channel stereo.
bulletGraphic EQ for certain audio sources that need some help.
bulletSampo CD player
bulletDigital Cable Music
bulletAudio connections are in all cases except the VCR are Fiber Optic Digital connections

SPEAKERS

bulletFor the front soundstage I have 3 NHT VS 2.4s mounted on the wall and ceiling (for the center channel)
bulletThe two rear channels are handled by NHT Super One XUs.  These speakers will eventually be the two rear speakers and be replaced by two more VS2.4s when there is more 7.1 encoded source DVDs
bullet10" Paradigm 100 Watt Powered Sub

LIGHTING AUTOMATION & REMOTE & FURNITURE

bulletPhillips Pronto TSU 2000 remote LCD Touchscreen that controls every component
bulletThere are three distinct light sources and all are controlled by the PCS light switch with preconfigured "scenes" that the Pronto controls through the X10 converter.  When "play a DVD" is pressed on the touchscreen remote then the lights dim down slowly and automatically until they are at about 20%.  When "pause" or "stop" is pressed they come up to 60%.  Very very nice feature that ran $250 for 5 PCS switches and the X10 box...
bulletCustom built and plumbed audio/video cabinet with venting and in wall speaker wire installation.
bulletLazyBoy Rialto leather couch with double recliners and fold down snack/drink/popcorn tray in the middle...(wife won't let me put it on a platform)

FUTURES

bulletFurman PL-8 Power conditioner
bulletLine Doubler for the projector
bulletTheater curtains (Red Velvet) for either side of the screen with the track hidden behind a second 3" valance
