Here are some photos of the Asevedo Theater...

This is the hallway leading down to the Theater.  It is on the first floor of our home by itself. You enter our home on the second floor of a three story home.    Below is the view looking to your right at the bottom of the stairs.

Below is the view looking back at where the above picture was taken.  The walls are all shades of the same color (Violet) The cieling is a "grey violet" and the dark walls you see are the "black walnut".  The two other walls you see in the room are an exact middle hue to the two you see here....

Above is the rear look at the room that measures about 22 feet by 15 feet.  You can see the projector and the custom A/V cabinet here.  Our leather counch is being made right now so we have a futon there now.  You can see the can lights in the ceiling to the right.  There are 9 cans on the three switches described on the Equipment page.

Looking to the left (above) now we see Jo's treadmill that takes up a huge chunk of space but it is fun to watch a ten foot tv screen while walking/running.  Behind it you see the windows to outside.  So far light hasn't been a problem because of the 1000 Lumen projector. 

Below is the custom rack.  I looked forever to find something that could hold a couple hundred pounds and hang on the wall but couldn't find anything.  I had a local cabinet guy make this to spec so it included a media cabinet that goes all the way down to a 4 inch ledge that runs around part of the room.

This is the kids favorite toy in the theatre...GALAGA AND ASTEROIDS!!!!
